The Daily Reformer
Well, leave it to Colonel West to be the strongest man in the room and to buck all the silly virtue signaling and stand up for free speech.
That’s why he’s the leader of the Texas GOP, and why he’s also such an important leader in the conservative movement.
A few weeks back, Gov. Greg Abbott and other members of the Texas GOP attacked free speech social media platform “Gab.” They claimed that the site was “anti-Semitic” and “racists,” and they all deleted their Gab profiles.
Ironically they made the announcement on Twitter – a site filled with pedophiles, and some of the nastiest, most hateful liberals on the planet.
Anti-Semitic platforms do not represent Texas values.

Gab’s CEO Andrew Torba defended his site in a statement directed at Governor Abbott
Andrew Torba, CEO of Gab, a social media platform popular with far-right groups, has denied allegations made by Texas Gov. Greg Abbott that his social media platform is antisemitic <https://www.jpost.com/Tags/antisemitism>.
Gab, he said in an online statement, is “not an ‘antisemitic’ platform” and is simply a social media outlet aimed at “protect[ing] the political speech of All Americans, regardless of viewpoint, because in this age of cancel culture nobody else will.”
Well, Colonel Allen West is not interested in playing hypocritical virtue-signaling games like so many GOP establishment types do.
Colonel West told liberals and the weak GOP to “shove it” and went ahead and signed up for a Gab account.
Take a look:
Chairman West as always is leading the way. https://t.co/fN4HQg1Bsx

It’s amazing – we all watched Trump get banned off Twitter and Facebook, and then the people who are supposedly on our side stand up and start attacking alternatives using phony liberal talking-points. It makes no sense whatsoever, and we’ll never “win” if we keep this up.
Happy to see Colonel West take a stand against this weak and worthless GOP attitude.
